Course Timeline How to Register Sales Associate Pre-License Course Tuition is $300.00. All learning materials are provided online Launch your Real Estate Career from home, with online learning. Complete the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course on days and times that fit your schedule. This 63-Hour course is required of persons who live in Florida and wish to be licensed as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. If you are an attorney, or if you live in another state and are licensed there, other rules found at www.myfloridalicense.com may apply. The many challenging topics include License Law, Real Estate Brokerage Operations, Forms of Ownership, Titles, Deeds, Contracts, Estimating Value, and Investment Analysis. There are no pre-requisites to this course, but to be licensed in Florida, you must be at least age 18. Also, you must have a high school diploma or the state-recognized equivalent, and be of good character. You must complete the online course and – at the end of the course - pass a timed exam.
